Welding
At KMG we offer welding with Tig, Mig, electrode and bolt welding. We weld everything from flat and round surfaces, angles, squares, and materials of steel, stainless steel, aluminum and acid resistant, and everything from thin to thick disc/plate/sheets in small and large series.
TIG
MasterTig MLS3000 is intended for use in industry with specific characteristics for welding fillers like aluminum and stainless steel. Our Tig machine operates on maximum power 300 A (amps), both AC for aluminum and DC for stainless, steel, and acid resistant.
MIG
Our Kempomat 2500 and Kempomig 3500 welding machines are designed for professional use and solid quality, and has a reputation built on reliability. By simply changing the wire in the machine we can weld stainless, steel, and aluminum.
Bolt welding
Bolt welding is a very quick, simple, and safe method for fixing threaded bolts, cap bolts, staple, and brackets. This is a different form of spot/tack welding where a bolt or a specially formed nut is welded onto a different metal. Welding nuts have a flange with small points that are melted together to create the welding. The bolts have a different design that allows for maximum melting in the work.
